Danish broadcaster DR announced some days ago the running order for the national final of "Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2016". The national final takes place on 13th February 2016 in Horsens. In total are 10 hopefuls in the battle to win the competition.

- Bracelet – "Breakaway"
- Sophia Nohr – "Blue Horizon"
- Veronicas Illusion – "The Wrong Kind"
- Lighthouse X – "Soldiers Of Love"
- Kristel Lisberg – "Who Needs A Heart"
- Jessica – "Break It Good"
- Muri & Mario – "To stjerner"
- Anja Nissen – "Never Alone"

Anti Social Media represented Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna with the song "The Way We Are", but they failed to qualify to the Eurovision final by ending only 13th place in the Semi-Final.
The winner of "Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2015" will be honored to represent Denmark at the 61st Eurovision Song Contest in May in Stockholm. Denmark will perform in the second half of the first Semi-Final on 10th of May 2016 in Stockholm. Who should represent Denmark in Sweden?
