Sweden: Tonight! "Melodifestivalen 2017" - Semi-Final 1

Sweden kicks off tonight with the first show from this years Melodifestivalen live from Gothenburg. The show will be hosted by Clara Henry, David Lindgren and Hasse Andersson.

Two of the songs will go straigt to the national final. Two of them will perform again on 4th March 2017 in the second chance show "Andra Chansen". The audience can vote via phone or app.

Frans won Melodifestivalen 2016 and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm. His song "If I Were Sorry" ended on 5th place in the Eurovision final.

The winner of "Melodifestivalen 2017" will participate in one of the semi-finals on 9th or 11th May 2017 in Kiev. Who will represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Ukraine?
