Sweden: SVT announced candidates for Melodifestivalen 2017!

Swedish broadcaster SVT announced yesterday in a press conference the candidates and songs for the four Melodifestivalen 2017 Semi-Finals. The list includes a lot of known contestents from the last years. Some of them are Loreen (ESC Winner 2012, "Euphoria"), Charlotte Perrelli (ESC Winner 1999 , "Take Me To Your Heaven"), Robin Bengtsson (Melfest 2016, ), Wiktoria (Melfest 2016, "Save Me") and Ace Wilder.

Semi-Final 1 - 04.02.2017 (Gothenburg)

• Ace Wilder - "Wild Child"

In the list is also Krista Siegfrids, who represented Finland in Eurovision 2013 ("Marry Me").

Frans won Melodifestivalen 2016 and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm. His song "If I Were Sorry" ended on 5th place in the Eurovision final.

The winner of Melodifestivalen 2017 will participate in one of the Semi-Finals on 9th or 11th May 2017 in Kiev.
