ESTONIA: Exclusive! Interview with Tanja "Enjoy every day of your life and be AMAZING"


Tanja (Tanja Mihhailova) is one of the finalists for 'Eesti Laul 2014' in Estonia with her song called 'Amazing'. The winning act will be selected in the competition 'Eesti Laul 2014' in Estonia. The winning act will be selected on 'Eesti Laul 2014' in the National Final on 1st of March. Tanjas starts on #9.

UNITED KINGDOM: BBC will announce who represents UK in Copenhagen on Monday!


BBC, broadcaster from United Kingdom, confirmed today that the announcement of their participant and the song for Eurovision will take place next Monday, 3rd of March, at 7:30 pm.

"....the end result is that we now have a powerful and impressive song that we hope will do us proud in Copenhagen. We’re keen to introduce the song and artist to everyone as soon as possible, so it will be premiered on BBC Red button next Monday (3rd March) evening at 7.30pm and available to catch up on BBC iPlayer" said Guy Freeman (Executive Producer from BBC Eurovision)
Last year Bonnie Tyler represented United Kingdom with her song 'Belive In Me' and reached 19th place with only 23 points.

ISRAEL: Mei Finegolds Eurovision videos released


Mei Finegold was chosen internally by IBA to represent Israel at this years Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen. Today IBA announced that the National Final will take place in Jerusalem on March 5th. Yesterday was the song presentation from her Eurovision songs on Channel 1.

Mei Fingold recorded three different songs for the national selection and was very busy last weeks to shot videos for each of the song.

Ireland broadcaster RTÉ  announced on 5th of February this years finalists for their national selection 'Eurosong 2014'. The show starts at 9:35 pm (cet) on RTÉ One.

GERMANY: 'Unser Song für Dänemark' - THIS is the 'Wildcard' winner!

Germany has chosen tonight the eighth participant for the German National Final 'Unser Song für Dänemark' in Hamburg in the 'Clubconcert'. 2.240 young talents shared their music and videos on the youtube channel from 'Unser Song für Dänemark' to get the chance to sing in front of the audience in Hamburg to get the 'Wildcard' to the National Final. 10 of them are chosen to perform tonight in Edelfettwerk.

These were the hopefuls for the 'Wildcard':

  3. Simon Gölde - Blame It On The Boogie
  4. Melanie Schlüter - Run
  5. Cassie Greene - Not This Time

Host of the show was Barbara Schöneberger and in the green room was Janine Reinhard. Both will host the National Final in Cologne on March 13th.

Roman Lob, he represented Germany in Baku in 2012 with his song 'I'm Standing Still', premiered his new single 'All That Matters'.

Eurovsion in Concert: 9th act confirmed - The Common Linnets from the Netherlands




This years 'EUROVISION in Concert' will be on April the 5th in Amsterdam. Since some weeks Frizzle Sizzle are announced as special guest.


Today it was cofirmed that The Common Lights from the Netherlands will be the 9th act for thyears Eurovision in Concert on 5th of April in Amsterdam.

ESTONIA: Starting order 'Eesti Laul 2014' National Final



Thise years edition of Eesti Laul 2014 found in two Semi-Finals 10 finalists for Saturdays National Final. Hots of the show are Marko Reikop and Henrik Kalmet. The National Final will take place in the Nokia Concert Hall.

GREECE: National final on 11th of March!


OGAE Greece wrote about the announcement of this years National Finalists. Four acts will perform in 'Eurosong 2014' on March 11th. Show will start at 9:00 pm and take place in the Gazi Music Hall. Who will get the ticket to this years Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen?

These are the hopeful acts:

  • Freaky Fortune
  • Kostas Martakis
  • Krystallia
  • Mark Angelo feat. Josephine

The voting will be a combination of jury and public (50 / 50). More details will be announced in the next days.

Last year Greece was represented by Koza Mostra feat. Agathon Iakovidis with their song 'Alcohol Is Free'. They reached in the final 6th place with 152 points.

NORWAY: Exclusive! Interview with Martine Marbel "I can't wait to perform 'Right Now' live"

Martine Marbel is one of the 15 Semi-Finalists for 'Melodi Grand Prix 2014' in Norway with her song called 'Right Now'. The winning act will be selected on 'Melodi Gran Prix 2014' in the National Final on March 15th. Martine will perform 'Right Now' in the second Semi-Final on March 8th with start no 2.

POLAND: Back in the contest with Donatan & Cleo!


Since the end of 2012 there were rumours about polish participant at this years Eurovision Song Contest participant. TVP, broadcaster Poland, announced yesterday that this years representative will be confirmed today in the daily show called 'Świat się kręci' at 6:30 pm live on TVP 1. 

Speculations have an end - Donatan & Cleo will represent Poland in Copenhagen with their very popular song called 'My Słowianie' ('My Slaves'). It's not final decided if they will sing the polish version or change to english.

 Poland is back in the competition after a 2 years break. The last participant, Magdalena Tulu, failed in the Semi-Final.

New Release: Emmelie de Forest - 'Rainmaker' (ESC 2014 Anthem)'



Emmelie de Forest, Eurovision winner 2013 with 'Only Teardrops', released yesterday her brand new single called 'Rainmaker'. Get some impressions from the recordings and about what Emmelie says about the song...


For the first time Emmelie performed the song in the National Final from Malta some weeks ago..


'Rainmaker' will be this years anthem for Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen.

POLAND: Tonight! Who will be the representative 2014?


TVP, broadcaster from Poland,  will announce tonight in the show 'Świat się kręci' this years representative for Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen.

There are rumours about the duo Donatan i Cleo with their song 'My Słowianie' ('My Slaves') to represent Poland in Copenhagen.

NORWAY: Starting order Semi-Finals 'Melodi Grand Prix 2014'


NRK search this year in three Semi-Finals 'Melodi Grand Prix' for the Eurovision Song 2014. 'MGP' has 15 acts for the Semi-Finals to find the act for Eurovision 2014 to represent Norway in Copenhagen.

SAN MARINO: Valentina's song presentation on 14th of March!



Valentina Monetta has represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012 with 'The Social Network Song (Oh oh uh oh oh)' and last year in Malmö with her song 'Crisalide (Voila)'. In 2012 she only reached place 14th in the Semi-Final. Last year she reached 11th place. Her song was very popular in the competition but it failed to reach the grand final.


Some days ago Valentina shot the video for her Eurovision Song 2014. For now we have no informations about the style or the title of the song. Valentina will have her song premiere on March 14th at 9:10 pm (cet) in the show called 'Verso Copenhagen'.


Valentina will start in the second Semi-Final on 6th of May in the second half in Copenhagen.
