UK: "Eurovision: You Decide" on 26th February 2016!

BBC, broadcaster UK, already announced that the representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 will be found with a national selection. It's the first time since years that the audience can chose the Eurovision entry. BBC announced yesterday more details about the national selection "Eurovision: You Decide".

Six acts will battle in live show on 26th February 2016 on BBC Four to win the ticket to Stockholm. The show will be hosted by Mel Giedroyc.
"I am a huge fan of ‘the Eurovish’ and am honoured to be hosting this fantastic event. It’s very exciting that the Great British public will get the chance to choose who will be sent to Sweden and I know it’s going to be an amazing night. I can’t wait to get the party started!" said Mel Giedroyc.

Ticket sale starts on 22nd January 2016

United Kingdwom was represented 2015 from Bianca Nicholas and Alex Larke as Electro Velvet with the song "Still In Love With You". They ended on a dissapointing 24th place with only 5 points in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.


The winner of "Eurovision: You Decide" will be honoured to represent UK at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm. Who will perform in the Eurovision final on 14th May 2016? Stay tuned..
