"This year between songs is not a clear leader, as it was last year. All members have similar positions, and a lot will depend mainly on their live broadcasts. Now it will be a bigger challenge - to convince the jury and the audience." said jury member Kaspars Roga.

Aminata won the first edition of "Supernova" last year with the song "Love Injected". She represented Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna and "Love Injected" ended on 6th place with 186 points.
The winner of "Supernova 2016" will be honored to represent Latvia at the Eurovision Song Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm. Who will participate in the first half of the second Semi-Final on 12th May 2016 in Stockholm? Stay tuned...
