Austria: Candidates for 'Wer singt für Österreicht?'

ORF, Austrian broadcaster, scouted in the last months for new talents and chose 16 acts for the national selection. These are the contestants:

• The Makemakes
• Tandem
• wo/Men
• Royal Kombo
• Clara Blume
• The Su'sis
• Kathi Kallauch
• Johann Sebastian Bass
• Celina Ann
• Renato Unterberg
• Lemo
• Kommando Elefant
• Dawa
• Mizgebonez
• Folkshilfe
• Zoe

In the first round 16 acts perform a song in fornt of a jury. The jury will chose 6 acts for the second round. In the second and third round they can prove in different challenges their musical skills will three coaches - Anna F., Nazar and The Boss Hoss. Together with the coaches and an international songwriting team the acts will prepare two potential Eurovision songs. 

'Wer singt für Österreich' - Show dates on ORF eins:

• 20. Februar 2015 - Die Audition (Auditions)
• 27. Februar 2015 - Die Top sechs (Top 6)
• 6. März 2015 - Die Songs (The songs)
• 13. März 2015 - Das Live-Finale (National Final)

Conchita Wurst won this year in Copenhagen the Eurovision Song Contest with the song 'Rise Like A Phoenix' and brought the second victory to Austria. The first winner for Austria was Udo Jürgens in 1964 with the song 'Merci Cheri'. Who will represent Austria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna?
