Italy: Il Volo wins 'Festival di Sanremo' with 'Grande amore'

'Festival di Sanremo' came yesterday after one week full of shows and a lot of special guests to an end with the final show. At the end Il Volo were called the winner of 'Festival di Sanremo' with their song 'Grande amore'. Emma Marrone, Carlo Conti, Alisia and Rocio hosted the show.

In total 16 contestants performed yesterday, but only three of them came to the so called 'Superfinal'. Here they are...

• Il Volo - Grande amore (39%)
• Nek - Fatti avanti amore (35%)
• Malika Ayane - Adesso e qui (Nostalgico presente) (26%)

The voting was a combination of expert jury (30%), demoscopic jury (30%) and televotes (40%).

As winner of 'Festival di Sanremo' Il Volo are honoured to represent Italy this year in Vienna at the 60th Eurovision Song Contest. Italy don't have to qualify for the Eurovision Final - as one of the big 5 countries they are already qualified for the 23rd of May 2015 in Vienna.
