Iceland: Tonight! 'Söngvakeppnin 2015' - National Final


In the last two weeks we saw in total 12 contestants in two Semi-Finals of 'Söngvakeppnin 2015'. Seven got the ticket to perform again tonight in the Icelandic National Final in Reykjavik. Here you can see the starting order. In bold you can see in which language the songs will be performed tonight.

'Söngvakeppnin 2015' - National Final

    1. CADEM - Fyrir Alla (For everyone) English
    2. SUNDAY - Fjaðrir (Feathers) English
    3. Björn & Friends - Piltur og stúlka (Boy and girl) Icelandic
    4. María Ólafsdóttir - Lítil Skref (Small steps) English
    5. Elín Sif - Í kvöld (Tonight) English
    6. Friðrik Dór - Í síðasta skipti (For the last time) English
    7. Haukur Heiðar Hauksson - Milljón Augnablik (Million moments) Icelandic
    Voting:
    • Round 1 - 50 % Jury / 50 % Televotes
    • Round 2 - 100 % Televotes
    The second round will be a so called 'Superfinal'. The two contestants with the most votes from the jury and televotes will perform again. The winner will be only chosen by the televotes.

                                'Söngvakeppnin 2015' - Show dates


                                Pollapönk represented Iceland 2014 at the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen with the song 'No Prejudice'. They ended on 15th place in the final. The winner of 'Söngvakeppnin 2015' will perform in the second Semi-Final (second half) on 21st of May in Vienna. Who should represent Iceland in Austria?
