Norway will be represent by Carl Espen with his song Silent Storm.
In a national final with starting 9 acts in the first round the public voted down the 4 artist with their songs into the so callled Super-Final. In this Super-Final all 4 finalist performed again. After that the public had the chance to vote for their favorit and from 53.712 votes Carl could gather the most votes for his balad "Silent Storm".
Good luck for him on the 4th of May, when we will see his performance in Copenhagen waving thhe Norwegian Flag this year.
