After 6 years of abstinence Dana will appear as the main performer at the gay pride. The song which she will perform live on stage is called 'Yeladim Ze Sichma' (Children are Joy). This song's important message is: children are joy, no matter the race, colour, gender or sexual orientation everyone has the right to bring up children and start a family.
Here you can see this song. A special is, that the video was shot in a sinagoge in Israel.

Besides a big protest of religious groups in Israel because her transsexuality, with her song 'Diva' she soon turned to be the favorit of that year to win the ESC. At the end she took home the victory 6 points ahead of the hosting country United Kingdom and with that Israel won the Eurovision for the third time ('A-bi-ni-bi' 1978 and 'Hallelujah' 1979).
