Join Us on Eurovision: New Video: Watch "Cauri Grobinai" from Aarzemnieki

It's already two years ago since Latvian band Arzemnieki represented their country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen with the song "Cake To Bake". Do you remember their entry?

Now it's time for new music from Jöran Steinhauer (singer) and Arzemnieki. In the last months they were working on new material and the first song is "Cauri Grobinai". The song is written and composed by Jöran himself. On the video release date they posted this message on Facebook...

Dear friends!
Our new clip is out! We hope so much you'll like it! It's just a start.
to be short: during the last 2 years I've been written so many latvian songs – now it's just the time to record and publish them. One after the other. Untill Christmas we're going to publish several original songs – starting today, with a song about the small Latvian town called „Grobina“.
Everyone, going to the latvian coast town Liepaja, is nearly forced to pass by Grobina. As there are so many great songs about the Latvian „City of Rock 'n' Roll“, Liepaja – I've never heard any song about its neighbour town: Grobina.
Finally I've found the right company to perform those songs – and write a whole lot of new ones! We give each other a certain drive, an inspiration and energy, I have never received before. So it looks like, that finally the PROJECT „Aarzemnieki“ step by step turns out to become the BAND „Aarzemnieki". The band members are a bunch of interesting, intercultural guys, all connected to Latvia. And – after all - this is what „Aarzemnieki“ is all about: We do our best to connect people who keep an interest for Latvia and the Latvian language – NO MATTER where they have been born or which passport they've got.
More informations about the band members, where we met, who they are and so on... will follow soon on our social platforms.
There's even an album in the pipeline. It takes us some time – but we'll take the time, it takes us. We keep on working – and let things happen naturally. Thank you for your great support!
