Elaiza will perform directly in the grand final on 10th of May as Germany is one of the Big Five of ESC.

ESC 2014: Rehearsal and total Schedule released

The rehearsal are on! well okay, not now, but from the 28th of April. Everyone gets the chance to get a feeling for the stage. Armenia who will be the first country of all 37 participants in the first semifal will also open the rehearsals on the 28th of April. The second round in rehearsal will be starting at the 2nd of May.

ESC 2014: Euro Fan Café from 28th of April until 10th of May

It's a tradition that in the host city of the ESC not only are the host of the ESC-Shows but also be the host of the Euro Fan Café. Also this year in Copenhagen there will be a Euro Fan Café. It will be opened from the 28th April until the 10th of May.

It starts with a grand opening show on the 28th of April when the winner of last years ESC Emmelie de Forest performs on stage. Also on stage will be the danish music stars Kirsten and Soeren and Krista Siegfried who performed last year "Marry Me" for Finnland on the other side of Oeresund in Malmö.

During the time when the Euro Fan Café welcomes fans from all Europe there will be talk shows, Abba singalongs, quiz nights and of course live showings for fans who can not be able to be inside the ESC-Arena. And of course in addion every night the dance floor will be open to the beats of Eurovision songs.

Even though the Euro Fan Café is not an official part of the ESC, the regional fanclub organizes the Cafe for the fans. It is a absolut fabulos place for a come together with fans from all over Europe and creates a fantastic atmophere within the hostcity.

This year it will be opened up for everyone with a ticket at huset-kbh.

AUSTRALIA: Jessica Mauboy for Copenhagen

This year Australia will join the ESC family and will be part of Eurovision Show in 2014. SBS broadcaster is responsible for Intervall act in the second Semifinal. Now details about the artist were released. It is Jessica Mauboy who is choosen to take the opportunity and will hold high the down-under flag. 

The Australian audiannce get known to Jessica when she took part in the Australian Version of Pop Idol. In the 2006-season she cacme 2nd. Since then she released different albums which have platinum status. Besides the Music she also is a successful actress. 

As a reaction of Australian Broadcaster choice Mikkel Bech, Supervisior Producer of 2014 describes her as a huge talent who stands for the "new Autsralia". Jessica who has aboriginal background were overwelmed when she heard that she will perfom in a show which will be seen by 180 million people in Europe and around the world. 

As another detail it is said that her new song which she will perfom in Copenhagen was written especially for the ESC. The song will reflect the Eurovision spirit. 

It is a big thing for Australian being part in Copenhagen and a huge thing for Jessica but also for the ESC-Fans within Europe the participation of Australia is a thing to look for, isn't it?

NORWAY: Exclusive! Interview with Carl Espen "It is quite incredible"

Carl Espen (Carl Espen Thorbjørnsen) won the national final 'Melodi Grand Prix 2014' in Norway on 15th of March with his song 'Silent Storm'. He will represent Norway this year in Copenhagen in the second Semi-Final on 8th of May with start number 3.

Eurovision Song Contest 2014: Last Ticket sale starts tomorrow at 10:00 pm (cet)

Tomorrow, 4th of April, at 10:00 pm the last round of ticket sale starts. There are tickets available for 9 shows.

• Semi-Final 1 (Jury Final, Family Show, TV Show)
  => Ticket prices are between 130 - 720 Danish crownes
• Semi-Final 2 (Jury Final, Family Show, TV Show)
  => Ticket prices are between 130 - 720 Danish crownes
• Grand Final (Jury Final, Family Show, TV Show)
  => Ticket prices are between 160 - 1.830 Danish crownes

In the first show called 'Jury Final' 50 % of the final voting will be done by juries from all participating countries. This show will take place the night before the 'Family Show' and the 'TV Show'.
The 'Family Show' in the afternoon is the last rehearsal before the 'TV Shows' (Semi-Finals and Grand Final).

MACEDONIA: Impressions from Tijana's video shot 'To The Sky'

Tijana Dapčević will represent her country this year with the song 'To The Sky' in the second Semi-Final on 8th of May as start number 11. Next Saturday Tijana is one oth the 25 Eurovision 2014 acts which are performing their Eurovision song at the 'Eurovisin in Concert' in Amsterdam.

Tijana presented the song in English 'To The Sky' and Macedonian language 'ТАМУ КАЈ ШТО ПРИПАЃАМ'. At the end it was decided to sing the song in English.

Some days ago Tijana shot the video for her Eurovision entry 'To The Sky'. We got the information that the video will be released official on 10th of April. Previously you can see some impressions from the video shot...

Eurovision in Concert: 25 + 2 acts confirmed!

Five new acts confirmed

This years 'EUROVISION in Concert' will be on April the 5th in Amsterdam. Only some days left till the biggest Eurovision event will take place in Melkweg.

Since some weeks Frizzle Sizzle are announced as special guest.





Emmelie de Forest confirmed to perform her winning song 'Only Teardrops' and the Eurovision 2014 anthem 'Rainmaker' in Amsterdam.

 

 

The organizers of 'Eurovision in Concert' did a very fantastic job and they will bring us 25 Eurovision 2014 acts live on stage in Amsterdam. The weekend will be full of Eurovision events. Everything starts on Friday with the Official Pre-Party with a 'Meet & Greet' with Maribelle. She represented The Netherlands in 1984 with her song 'Ik hou van jou'. After 'Eurovision in Concert' took place there is also a Aftershow party where suprise acts will perform.
